ivr menu dialing alpha characters

I have a user that puts in a alphanumeric passcode in the phone. He needs to dial asterisk before he can put in a alpha character. When he does that the phone will park. Is there anyway to change the asterisk to something else for the park feature?

Sorry, you cannot change the key press for the park feature
