The latest pixel phone 2018 doesn't ring using the RC Mobile App
We tried testing the mobile app with the customer's phone number but it won't ring or even connect as it shows as Phone Offline from our Call Logs.
We guided the customer on their phone setup for App and Notifications and asked them to put a check mark for RingCentral and all its component but still not working.
We've done a series of test to the point of checking their login credentials and use it on our mobile phone (Android Samsung) and it worked.
Please check if the latest Google Phone which is Pixel 2018 is compatible with RingCentral.
