what happened to red color option for the circle to the left of each name?

I picked custom colors for groups to quickly identify them. Now the color is blue and red option is gone. How do i fix this???

Hi CJ, 

The color red is no longer available as a highlight option as Glip was updated to use red as a presence status color. You should still have access to use blue as a highlight color for your groups.

Can we bring it back? It stood out well and the blue I cannot  tell the difference with. Or can i use an older version or the app?

We don't have any plans on making the older version available-- the colors may be updated as the product team continues to enhance the presence statuses for Glip, but at this time there is no way to get the color back or use the old version.

Is there a way for me to put in a formal change request? I am trying to make this software (ring central as a whole) work for me and my team and I run into issues all the time. I  know its not a difficult thing to change from a development stand point. It was one of the few things I liked as the way everything displays the names on the left  is very cluttered.

Hey CJ, I don't foresee the Product Team adding Red as an option because it could conflict with the Red Presence Status. However, I think it would be beneficial to submit a feature request for more color options! :)

Hey CJ,

Our Product Team is working on a unified presence feature for the RC (Glip) app. The color next to your name will change from Green to Red if you are on a Call or in an RC Meeting - letting others know your current availability.

maybe try changing the color palette of glip to where the colors available will stand out more? thats the only thing i can think of.
