Ring Central support not replying to my request to cancel service

I called ring central a few days ago and requested billing to give me a callback. I need to cancel my account but there is nobody getting back to me and they billed my card again! Please help. 509 250 2187

 I want to cancel my plan  (972) 850-7390.  I received a statement again and stopped RingCentral plan more than a year ago.  The phone system and chat system do not let me in.  Help!

They won't let you cancel. I am cancelling my credit card. I have been ported to another carrier months ago. They hang up. Transfer call, etc etc  HUGE SCAM COMPANY!
