Employee was able to hear another employees call

We had an employee(using RingCentral App) trying to call another employee in the office. The employee in the office was already on another call during the time and the employee on the Ringcentral App said he was able to listen to his phone call. Was wondering if anyone else has seen this issue before

Hello,

I did contact the support team before i posted on the forum and they said that i would have to get more example(2-3 more times) for them to troubleshoot.
