Go to Users Details under your user account (either in the Admin Portal or the My Extension Portal) and go down to the Change Password button. Click on it and the second option under the "Current Password"
field is Change PIN. (See my screen shot below)

Sounds great. Of course that requires you to know your current PIN or Password. I don't

You didn't mention that in your original post. If you are an administrator, you will  have to contact support or your account manager to assist you with that. If you are a user, you'll have to contact your local administrator. They can change it.

How do you login if you don't know your password....or don't you log in at all?

I can log into my account. I know that password. I can even play my phone messages on my desktop once I am logged in. I'm specifically trying to be able to find or reset my PIN on my desktop phone. This will allow me to play messages on my desktop phone without logging into my RC account or even having my desktop computer on.

I'll get ahold of my admin, Thx.

OK... when you referred to your "desktop unit" it sounded like you were referring to the desktop application. Just a confusion with terminology. I've never heard a desk phone called a desktop unit before.

I've never heard an 'application' referred to as a 'unit'; Mr. Hullihan's reference to his phone as a 'desktop unit' was unambiguous to me.
