received international calls

hey , i have CA us numbers and i travel outside the state , i notes that i can call from the app but i cant received international calls ( from the state to my phone at the other country  ) . 
what can i do ?

Hey hood services, is your extension set up for International calling? Also, is your company's account set up for International calling?
