Feature Request - Allow second line appearance to ring even when on a call

I have 2 lines on my phone.  When I am on a call on line 1, I would like my phone to actually ring if a second call hit my other line.  Currently all I hear is 1 beep in the handset/earpiece.  We current use the Polycom VVX 4/5 series phones.

Hey Ray, 

Direct extensions do offer the Call Waiting feature. However, right now the Call Waiting feature is not available for Call Queues. Please vote for that functionality here.

Can we please add this feature asap?
