Transfer to voicemail help

Our receptionist is on a Polycom VVX500 and needs to be able to transfer calls directly to voicemail. I have tried the *0 trick, but it will not work on that phone, but will work on our vvx510 and 610 series phones. Any suggestions?

That should have worked :/ Did you verify that you were on the Blind setting for your Transfer type?
