Propmt pops 'Ringcentral is unavailable , switch to calls only to make calls' in RC App

'Ringcentral is unavailable , switch to calls only to make calls' pops up in RC App when users login in morning with their google ,clicking on google sign in option.
After few attempts when logged in with email id and password , we got it working . So I need to know why is this happening? It happened 2 times last week with all users .
