Ring Central Phones and Kuando Busylights using ringtones downloaded into Ring Central Phone App

Hi there we have Ring Central Phones installed and have just had Kuando Busylights attached. Is there anyway that we can hear the ringtones that we have downloaded into the Ring Central Phone App play through the Kuando or are we stuck with the limited choice on the busylight?

That is a third party device - you should take this question to the Kuando device Manufacturer. Though I would suggest that is not how any of the commercial RingDevices/Busy Lights on the market work - the ring tones are generally embedded in the onboard chipset - not passed through via RingCentral service accessing the device.
