Has anyone else experienced this? I canceled my account -- I have email confirmation -- and yet was charged in full on the 1st of the next month. When I called I spoke with a rep who after spending 5 minutes verifying everything told me my account is still active but she could not help me. The wait time to speak with a cancellations superviser is 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, I cannot log into my account so I cannot start a support chat or a support ticket.
