Canceled account and was still charged in full

Has anyone else experienced this? I canceled my account -- I have email confirmation -- and yet was charged in full on the 1st of the next month. When I called I spoke with a rep who after spending 5 minutes verifying everything told me my account is still active but she could not help me. The wait time to speak with a cancellations superviser is 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, I cannot log into my account so I cannot start a support chat or a support ticket.

Interesting. I have called multiple times and can't get any help. I have launched a live chat and been told to call. But I post publicly and suddenly you are able to help quickly.

Attached are both my cancellation confirmation email (March 18) and my receipt (March 31). I will email these docs to  community.support@ringcentral.com. I expect resolution as quickly as you responded to this email or I will engage my credit card company.
