Why is the fax note portion sent by Sandbox Accounts to a real fax account blank?

The attached document is the fax sent by sandbox account to the real fax number. Somehow the note portion is blank. And the recipient info is also not showing up as well. Why is that? Is it because it's sent via test mode not able to see any text or attachments? Would sandbox account be able to send messages via PDF, JEPG, and any other attachments to the real fax line?

Faxes sent from the sandbox support the items you mentioned:
  • Sending to real fax lines
  • Recipient info on cover page
  • Note section on cover page
