Sandbox API RingOut Issue - January 2017

We have identified an issue with the RingOut API on the Sandbox environment. At the current time, the RingOut API will return a 200 status, however the call will not be completed.

Only the Sandbox RingOut API is affected. Other Sandbox API calls and dialing options using the softphone and WebRTC are functioning.
