Automating SMS on RC phones?

Is there any RingCentral API that allows SMS texting to be automated for RC users through an integration?  If not, does anyone know if RingCentral is working on this?  It would be awesome feature for RC business - to integrate with Office 365 or google calendar to send automated text messages as appointment reminders to customers.

Yes, I am quite sure something like this can be done with the RingCentral API.  You will need to hire a developer or become one to get it working though :)

Yes, as Brandon rightly suggested you could build this own integration for yourself or we also do provide an offering to build Integrations at a cost ( we have a team who could build the integration )
