Glip Compliance data

When I using run Compliance Exports from Ringcentral APP (Glip), I can get member's activity exa: create Team, create chat Group. But when run Compliance Export by API, I can't find anything about member's activity. Please check it, my company need it to follow member's activities.

When I see in Chats.json file, I can only get chats list which have type is Teams. Can you check and help me add full chat list in Chats.json ?. And so I need know creatorId in each chat. Help me add creatorId. Thanks

why do you need my account id ??, I need know creatorId because my manager want know who do it and prevent this.

Hey, sorry for the delayed response as I was out of town.

The reason I asked for your account Id was about your earlier question regarding duplicated Ids from the report.

In this post, you were asking about the member's activities missing from the export API response and I was asking for the example but you did not provide me with it.

You now mentioned about the chats.json file.

In order to help you quicker, please ask one topic per question. And when possible, post the response and highlight the missing/incorrect information.

Latest update for you. I am working with the dev team to make sure the report content from the Glip app and the export API to be equivalent.
