can we create different profiles for different users.

Could you please more specific with your use cases? Do you refer to the SCIM API?

In General Terms: Ex : In a corporate office, there will be multiple users under same umbrella. so when a new user joins can we just have a profile created to connect ringcentral accordingly to his given needs/access.

Hi Sai - I think this feature development is still under progress, even I was looking for a similar kind of information for implementing a flow - Here's is what I found on the ringcentral community for now, may be it is still under development - https://community.ringcentral.com/ringcentral/topics/ability-to-create-custom-roles-and-give-certain-users-or-managers-access-only-to-call-recordings-within-a-specific-group
