I have two chrome books that sometimes won't allow you to join a meeting being hosted by someone else. When you join the meeting you start in the waiting room. When the host attempts to allow you into the meeting the app of the participant who is being admitted crashes and restarts, putting them back into the waiting room. Having these problems, I switched the participant to a windows 10 machine. While in the meeting, the participant was placed into the waiting room with out the meeting organizer doing it, then the participant appeared to be both in the meeting and also in the waiting room at the same time. So I have a couple of questions. Are there any issues with meetings as far as differences between the meeting organizers RingCentral version and that of the participant, and how can I diagnose the cause to prevent these issues?
