Can multiple RC account can be linked and bind together?

I have a general question.

If someone have multiple RC account, is there any way to link them all together? Do we need to raise any support ticket for that?

I guess, linking account for RingCentral can be done only in production.

As per the following link "RingCentral Account Linking provides a set of features to support customers that are split across different accounts" :

You can followup with RingCentral back-end developer support team and request them to merge at devsupport@ringcentral.com or you can contact support here.

You can add multiple users in same developer sandbox account you want
