Sandbox Password Reset

Everytime I try and reset my password for the password when the link arrives it is expired as soon as I click on it.

Does anyone know how to resolve this? I have emailed devsupport@ringcentral.com but no reply

You need to wait for some time before devsupport@ringcentral.com response.'

Generally they will response on that and will assist you
