We have two vvx500 phones. We have presence enabled on both. Permissions are properly set in Ringcentral to answer presence calls. The indicators are working fine, however I can not pickup my boss' line when it is ringing or on hold. He can pick up mine. All it does is try to call the blf number. Even on long-press and Pickup it still tries to call the BLF instead of picking up the call. I used to be able to when the firmware was still 4.0.2 although I can't say for sure that this is due to the upgrade. Certainly starting happening around the same time period.
Anyone know of a resolution? Rebooting doesn't help.
