We're having a problem when are users are sending out faxes through the softphone application. They enter all the information for the recipient in the appropriate field of the outbound fax form but when the fax gets generated in doesn't include any of that information. Here is a screenshot example...
I've looked through the settings and haven't been able to figure anything out as to why it is behaving this way. We've also been able to replicate this issue on multiple computers. Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
