How to accept Incoming call in c# sdk

ringcentral supports c# sdk and I was trying to find out the way to accept Incoming call in c# sdk.

How to develop an c# application that accept Incoming call?

"There is no way to accept a call with C#. There is also no way to make a call directly except Ringout. "
