My automatic call recording is turned on for all our extensions but there are no recordings in call log. What happened to them??

My automatic call recording is turned on for all our extensions but there are no recordings. I looked in the call logs and they are blank. What happened to them??

Stephanie, this sounds like something that Tech Support can help with!
I would reach out to them first to troubleshoot:
