Call Archiver doesn't work properly

Why doesn't the call archiver work properly?
Every few days  I have to go into the Archiver and check for Failed calls over the last week or so and then manually do a Bulk Retry. This has been going on since we joined RIng in 2017. Can this not be resolved? We need all calls archived to Dropbox for Compliance.

Please reach out to Tech Support so they can check if there is a known issue about this.
