Will there ever be a way to forward messages from within the Desktop app? It is counter productive to have to sign in to the web app every time to forward a message to a coworker. I search this topic before I started this one and there were
5741 subjects posted about this? So this seems like a much requested and needed ability within the app. With our last service it was as simple as grabbing the message and dropping it on the other users name and it went into their mailbox.
Or simply right clicking on the message, forward to and type in their name...it was that simple.
We all work from within the app, not the admin part of the program. this really should a feature in your apps.
