I am trying to only allow account customers who have their credit card on file to be able to get through to certain staff members. If your caller id is not associated with the advanced rule, then you get an I'm sorry message. If you are associated with the advanced rule, we know you paid for the tech support so we let your call go through. You need to all the association of a group instead of having to peck contact by contact into the rule. It is possible 2,000 people will have an account. It is easy to manage in personal contacts associated with a group, but then we have to go to the advanced rule to add the contact as well. Really silly when we have the group feature that could be used.
