Door buzzer system integration

  2. A high level description of the product or feature being requested: customer wants to integrate the phone system to his door answering/buzzer system
  3. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature: this will be used to check the persons that are coming in and out of the vicinity. Once someone buzzes the doorbell they can pick up the phone and check who is on the door.

This should be no real problem to do.   cyberdata.net makes SIP door access boxes and any vendor like Viking that makes analog door entry systems should also work through an ATA.  If the customer needs electronic lock release most door entries can do that as well but might need a locksmith or security contractor to help install.  

I have some customers that like standalone system by aiphone too.  They have a nice selection of products.

I have installed a Viking E-32-IP Flush-Mounted VoIP Entry Phone, the only problem is that because Ring Central has proprietary equipment you have to setup another outside sip provider to make calls into RingCentral. Would love the option of a Single provider with VoIP Entry Camera by Ring Central that rings in to our Mobile mobile app. Similar to the Viking K-1775-IP-EWP VoIP Video Entry Phone with Keypad & Card Reader

That is true of Viking SIP gear not working with RingCentral, but Cyberdata has several door entry systems that do work with RingCentral.
