Close registration prior to webinar start

We regularly conduct webinars for our partners and customers. Our webinar session is limited to 100 attendees. So we would like two features to be implemented:

Counter that will show how many places left
'Close Registration' check box that will allow closing the registration anytime or any day before the session start.

We tried to select the "Manually Approve" check box, but it is not what we need. A lot of people register for the session right before its start and at this time there is no one who can approve them. So registrants do not receive any email that will decline their registration or any other notification that he or she can't attend the webinar.

You won't find that functionality in a "meeting" application, but you will find it in webinar applications. GoToWebinar definitely has it and I'm pretty positive that the Zoom Video Webinar application has it as well since it has participant management functionality.

RingCentral Meetings is a "meeting" application and while you can have large meetings with it and use it for quasi-webinars, it still is not geared for webinars with the features that webinar hosts require. While you can definitely request this as a feature, I don't forsee it being added into RingCentral meetings especially since this product is essentially re-branded Zoom "Meeting" and not Zoom Video Webinar.

Actually, we used to work with GoToTraining application. However, now we work with RingCentral, which I'm personally not happy about, as a lot of useful features are absent.
We have the Webinar extension in the RingCentral application and we would like to get the features we are accustomed to. Hopefully, RingCentral will hear us and develop the close registration feature.

My apologies. Many small businesses use RIngCentral Meetings as a quasi-webinar application. I read into your post that you were using RingCentral Meetings alone. I wasn't aware you were using the Webinar add-on to RIngCentral Meetings.
