Block Geographical information for Inbound and Outbound calls

  1. Account type  (U.S.)
  2. A brief description of the business : Financial Services
  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested: Block or option to not show the Geographical information of a RingCentral number for Inbound and Outbound calls
  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature: RingCentral customer who has a number that is from a different location than that of their client should have option not to show the location of the number in their caller ID, to prevent their clients thinking of Fraudulent transactions or caller.
  5. Benefit of such feature: Prevent RingCentral users client not to think that they are Fraud callers, especially for Financial institutions
  6. Number of Users and/or Digital Lines: 116 DL's

While it's easy enough to block your Caller ID in virtually every platform (RingCentral included), most people these days, myself included, do not pick up on "Anonymous", "Unknown Caller" or "Private Caller" calls. IMHO, they'd be doing themselves a huge disservice by blocking their Caller ID.
