Change the Outbound SMS ID Name

When we send the text massages people trying to respond to the message ring central phone number. Instead would be nice to switch the ring central number to the company name.

Is it possible for Receiver of text message to see just the company name instead of the phone number. Example: Massage from 929-474-6648 to Company Name: Today's Homecare.

We would definitely benefit from this feature since we are a Medical Office and dealing with Covid-19 issues.  We are asking our patients to text us when they arrive for their appointment and remain in their car until we notify them that their exam room is ready.  This limits the amount of patients entering our office and allows us time to clean and disinfect prior to the next patient entering. Hope this is up and running soon!  - Thank you!
