Ringer volume setting for chrome extension

Would it be possible to add the ability to adjust the ringer volume in the Chrome extension? Users with headsets find that the ringer is far too loud and makes the extension unusable.

Hi,currently working on a case related to this however what the user wants is for them to have the ability to choose the device to ring for incoming calls whether it be the headset or the computer's speaker. This way then can hear the incoming calls in case they are away from the computer.

Has anyone worked on this, changing the default ringtone which is really annoying and loud
