3. I would like to be able to setup a process builder/workflow that when I complete a field in Salesforce (eg. loan has been approved), it will send an automated Text message from our ringcentral number to the client saying "Congratulations you're loan has been approved."
4. See example above - we do this through out the loan process using SMS Magic, but I want to be able to consolidate services. I know many other loan officers that would love this
