Imported Message Volume

1. Account Type: AT&T

2. Description of business: Full-service restaurant

3. Description of feature being requested: Provide ability to adjust volume of imported audio for custom greetings / IVR Menus, etc.

4. Typical use case scenario: this would be used on the backend when importing custom audio files for greetings / voicemails, etc.

5. Benefit of such feature: It would eliminate distortion that occurs with imported audio files

Open the file in GoldWave or Audacity, change the volume there and save.

That's a good idea, but it would be so nice if the feature were available right there in Ring Central. When I listen to the .mp3 file, it sounds just fine, but somehow processing through Ring Central causes the audio to be just a hair too loud. Anyways, thanks for the suggestion!
