Our company would like to see a "text log" that is visible to all extensions. For example, if I text a client asking for information, then I am off for 2 days. The client responds. No one else in the company (no other extension) can see that response. We need to be able to access the responses without having someone else log into my extension to see those responses. Thank you. We are excited to see this happen!
