SMS: text log for all users to see!

Our company would like to see a "text log" that is visible to all extensions. For example, if I text a client asking for information, then I am off for 2 days. The client responds. No one else in the company (no other extension) can see that response. We need to be able to access the responses without having someone else log into my extension to see those responses. Thank you. We are excited to see this happen!

No response does not mean that the development team at RIngCentral does not read the suggestions. Further, not every suggestion will get implemented and those that do will be on a timeline which allows the developers to make sure that everything works in sync between all the applications (web portal, RingCentral for Windows, RIngCentral for Mac, mobile app for Android, mobile app for iOS, the Google RingCentral extension, Glip, RIngCentral Meetings, etc.). 

If you read the Community forums for any amount of time (even a few days) you will see that there are scores of requests and suggestions every week for features, some often that would only benefit one particular type of business. They simply do not have time to respond to every idea, suggestion or request. The development team at RIngCentral reads all of the requests, ideas and suggestions and if a suggestion is worth while for the majority of users, it will get implemented in due time. They simply do not have time to respond to every idea, suggestion or request.

As a developer myself I speak from experience. My business is no where near the size or complexity of RingCentral and we don't have the time to respond to every request, even ones that have been suggested weeks, months or even a year ago.

Final question from me...would you prefer applications and a service that is a hodge-podge of features that are poorly implemented just because customers want them yesterday or would you rather leave it up to the expertise of the company and their developers to give everyone (since it is an off-the-shelf software application) an application and service that works?

Nope, no response at all! Why bother putting in suggestions if they don't read them, right?

I also need a text/SMS log in the Admin Portal. I am a law firm. All communications need to be logged. It's not necessary for the content to be logged, but I need to see that a communication has occurred.

Yes, I would like to see this too. SMS log seems pretty basic. You have a call log, why wouldn't you have a SMS log?

Yes, I also would like to see a SMS log.  Allow it to be delivered just like the phone call log.

We are a law firm. We also need text/SMS. All communication, including content, needs to be captured and logged at an Admin Portal level
