Voicemail Drop

Voicemail Drop (also known as voicemail automation) is a type of inside technology that is designed to accelerate the process of leaving voicemail messages. - Basically when one of our agents gets a customers voicemail then they can select an option to leave a prerecorded message. This is a highly desired function that should be put into place.

@ringcentral, I agree that this feature saves valuable time. I hope that I can find some software with which I can integrate through Zapier in order to do this until your solution is offered as a benefit of service.

DYL.com offers it. We use both RC & DYL at the moment, but are holding out just a little longer before canceling RC to see if they get on this feature before Q4

Please, please, please develop this. We have been using you guys for over a decade and are thinking of changing providers just for this feature. We really, truly don't want to do this but we leave hundreds of voicemails a month and this would save us hours and hours of time let alone just make our lives easier.

Wise move. DYL.com offers it. We use both right now but are hanging onto RC by a thread

We are also looking for this feature. RC is great but this functionality would increase our efficiency levels significantly. Please give an update on when this will be available.
