Please add a CONFIDENTIALITY STATEMENT automatically to every Cover Page of outgoing faxes. As a medical business, we require confidentiality statements on all our communications. It is impractical to attach this manually for each outgoing fax. Human error means it will get missed at times, and this has legal consequences. A sample confidentiality statement is below:
