Provide a BlackBerry App mobile app.

Still waiting for the release of the BB10 app. It is a simple process to re-render the android code to work on BB10 so I don't understand the delay.

Agreed, I *just* called (Oct 2014) and was told RingCentral will not support blackberry devices any more.  I have the Bold, and considering Blackberry's reliability, I haven't needed to upgrade, so I cannot access the APK app doing the runaround for the new RIM OS.  I cannot use the old mobile app either because it only recognizes numeric passwords, but RingCentral has changed its password protocol to require alphanumeric passwords.  No go.

It's absolutely shocking that RingCentral, as a company providing a product for *businesses* does not support, as another poster said, "the best phone ever made" and the device specifically created for and only used by business people.  Even if some businesses/businesspeople are going to Android and iOS, the RIM market is exclusively business, and should be supported.

Ridiculous.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Blackberry OS App Update. Update Blackberry OS app to accept new password format with Letters and special characters. You have abandoned thousands of Blackberry users by not letting us re-enter our passwords because the app will only let numbers to be entered effectively rendering the app usesless. Please take a look at the app's reviews as well to see that many people are frustrated with this update to your password format and lack of updates to the Blackberry OS app.  http://appworld.blackberry.com/webstore/content/17671/?lang=en&countrycode=US

Still waiting for the release of ringcentral app for our z10 and our bb passport phones, it's been more than a year when I contacted my ringcentral account manager.

Why Ringcentral has not been developed an app for the BB10 OS, is Ringcentral for residential customers or business customers?

Ring Central needs to address this long overdue issue.  Many businesses use Blackberry phones specifically due to the security aspects they offer.  Since Ring Central is a business centric service, it makes sense to support those devices.  Blackberries offer excellent call quality & durability not matched by many other phones.

Dear Ring Central,

I just received my new Blackberry Q20 Classic.....to my amazement ring central does not have an app for this phone.....Blackberry is geared towards business customers, your VOIP services are also geared towards business customers....You must get with the program and develop an App that is supported with the new blackberry Q20 Classic.....Please email me at: patrickbrierre@gmail.com as soon as you have a BETA version available, I will be happy to test it and give you all the feedback needed to make it the best App possible out there......Thank you !!

Best regards,

Just purchased a new Blackberry. I too was very surprised that RingCentral had discontinued support for it. This is a deal breaker for me.

The android version of the application running on bb10 makes for a poor experience. A native application really should be developed.
