Horrible costumer service and support

I am a loyal costumer of Ring Central for the last two years and wanted to share here that i had the worst costumer service experience today with my account manager Lovie Gonzales .
i have emailed him on 11/26/14 in regards to an issue i had with billing , never heard back from him so i figure i will send another email today, so i did and waited an hour ... nothing ... Finlay i decided to call him .. he picked up and said that he was sorry and he will call me back within an hour ... so i waited although i had to go out for lunch with my wife i waited for his call and stayed in the office ... an hour goes by he calls back talks for few minutes on things that are not related to my issue and after he could not find a solution or simply explain me what i am paying for he said "i will call you again tomorrow with an answer .
RC - you have great product but horrible costumer service this is my feedback to you .
all costumer care and costumer support reps are with low knowledge about there service, very hard to understand  and it takes forever to solve an issue when it comes .
