Idea

I have Office Premium 2-19 line,   I wanted to answer 4 or more calls all at the same time while being able to pick up the an active call on hold. I was told by a representative from your support team that it is either or. He told me that if Presence is utilized, I will be able to answer a maximum of 2 calls at the same time and when Presence is not is use, I can maximize the number of line that my phone has. Can we make this two feature available on one go?  
I need to share responsibilities of answering or making outgoing calls for multiple customers.  This would match our current/former land line service.
