Setup Ringcentral SMS through Salesforce Workflow/Process builder

3. I would like to be able to setup a process builder/workflow that when I complete a field in Salesforce (eg. loan has been approved), it will send an automated Text message from our ringcentral number to the client saying "Congratulations you're loan has been approved."

4. See example above - we do this through out the loan process using SMS Magic, but I want to be able to consolidate services. I know many other loan officers that would love this

5. Allows you to schedule out text messages to occur in the future, that leverage a template. Gives our customer a consistent experience.

YES!! This is needed. I am actually asking support if they have implemented workflows or process builder yet and they have absolutely no idea about the integration whatsoever :-(

This would be great. Unfortunately, RingCentral's integration with Salesforce is quite basic.

Do we know if this is something Ringcentral will be providing for there Salesforce users? We also have Ringcentral and need to do something like this with Salesforce.
Does anyone know of a different service provider that has options like this?

Agree this is really disappointing. The options I have come across online involve systems like Zapier or Workato that allow you to connect systems together without using code. I haven't tried to do this yet, but if anyone has success pls post here.

+1 for this request. Ringcentral is a pretty powerful tool, would love to trigger/automate workflows via SF.
