RingCentral Meetings: Limit Users to Voice Sharing Only

I am looking a solution to have RingCentral Meetings have a feature to have participants video the Video Meeting but limit participants to view only and voice sharing only and option to limit chat and also limit them from putting in their name on the name prompt

Or have participants put in their name but prevent participants from seeing their names. This is in relation to case # 05985332

Thank you for the request. Could you expand upon it a little? Maybe provide an example? Right now it's a bit confusing what exactly you are looking for....
