Request Feature for MoH playlist and/or streaming

Would like MoH to play a) a different song selection in my playlist everytime a caller is placed on hold or transfer;  b) stream a list of songs in the playlist continuously so callers don't hear the beginning of the songs only.

Does RingCentral play the MoH Wav file from the beginning each time? https://www.captivateonhold.com.au/presources/Frustration%20(aust).mp4
We have fixed this with other Cloud based PBXs. Can fix this for you if you wish.
