Large Meeting Room Switching Access for Users

We have two large meeting rooms that we assign and un-assign a group of about 10 users to, we have not found a better way to coordinate the switching of access to the room than the users asking the admins to change them over. Has anyone found a way to automate this or schedule it?

I'm not aware of a way to do this. But I think it's a great idea, so I've flipped this to a feature request

You can assign the number to a group extension and allow other users to schedule meetings under User Details > Settings & Permissions > Schedule Meetings for Me.
