There should be a change in the eFax attachment feature so that abnormal sized pages can be displayed correctly.
It appears that any time I receive an attachment that is larger than a normal 8.5"x11" sheet of paper, the attachment gets cut off. For example, I have a customer that sends faxes on Ledger paper, and the faxed attachment is always being cut in half and I'm unable to see all the details.
This wasn't an issue with our previous fax service, so I'm unsure of what the cause of this issue may be, like the attachment coding you have in place or any restrictions on attachment sizes for eFaxes.
