As a User of the RingCentral Chrome extension, I need the ability to leave feedback more than just once, so that I can have increased confidence that RingCentral values its users and responds to our needs.
RingCentral extension for Google Chrome feedback should allow a user to provide Feedback more than just once. It should be acceptable to fix the Form, or also for it to redirect a user to the online forum if it retains the user's signed-in settings and doesn't require the user to sign in again. It just has to work and be a low enough step in height that people don't forget what they wanted to tell you before they are able to write it somewhere.

I've left feedback once before through the Chrome extension (menu > settings > feedback >) and the Google form had worked fine, but since then I can't seem to leave any new feedback. It tells me, "You've already responded. You can only fill out this form once. Try contacting the owner of the form if you think this is a mistake," as if the form was enabled for each user to leave one response only.
I worked with Cesar T via chat on the RingCentral website because I didn't know how else to "contact the owner of the form." He confirmed that "I tried it here on my own account and it is just allowing the user to send one feedback."
