Adding Co-Organizer to Webinars

Sometimes our webinar organizers go on vacation and need someone else to start their webinars for them without sharing credentials.

Ring Central WEBINAR needs the ability for one person to assign another (licensed) user as a co-orginizer of their webinars so that the co-organizer can start the webinar that was created by the organizer when the original organizer is not available.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Reassign Webinar Host. The RingCentral Webinar feature under Meetings currently does not have an option that allows an organizer to reassign Host privileges/ responsibilities. This is a pretty standard feature with most other webinar services, and it would be a step in the right direction for RingCentral. To start it would be most appreciative if people within the same organization could assign "Host" responsibilities to another RingCentral user within their organization.

I wholeheartedly agree with Jayson and Duncan.  This seems like a no-brainer.  Although one could schedule around vacation time, one cannot predict illness.  We just had to cancel a Webinar using RingCentral on Friday, 06/21/2019.  Meeting invitations had gone out the week prior.  Big black eye for us with our customers and prospects.

If a co-host solution is not an option (it should be), then the Admin should have the rights to start someone else's webinar or re-assign the webinar on the fly.

I urge you to consider this in your next sprint.
