Hello,

We are using RingCentral web widget from last 1.5 years and previously we were using RingCentral Windows Phone app to make a 3way call and a few months back I have seen that RingCentral added this feature in the web widget as well. I am facing the following issues.

1. In case of an incoming held call, there is no option to add the third person in the call or add button becomes disabled.
2. I can't merge two different active calls If the call is not initiated by clicking on add button. but in the RingCentral Windows Phone, we can merge the calls.
