Voicemail of Other extensions

Please create another way on which an admin can easily view the voicemails of other extensions without choosing the admin as a Message Recipient, and also for those who have no deskphones.

Yes! it would be very helpful for the admin to be able to access voicemails for all users in the admin portal the same way you can view call recordings in the admin portal under the call logs.

I would also like this feature. For now, as a workaround, I have added a second email address to the voicemail notifications, and made sure to check the box "include voicemail as attachment". This way I can check everyone's VMs in my email. Go to User List >> Users with Extensions, then choose the user, then click the Notifications tab > Messaging Notifications. Make sure the Voicemail Messages > "By Email" box is checked, then you can enter up to 25 email address in the "Send Notifications to" email box below. Just separate them with commas. Finally, change "Basic Settings" to "Advanced Settings," and click "Customize Notifications". Check the box "Include attachment with email". Once that's set up, I recommend you set up a filter in your email to separate these emails so your inbox doesn't get flooded by them.
