3. When integrating Zendesk with Ring Central currently it pulls up the Ring Central information and creates a caller profile for that account. Our request is to allow that to assign to a specific persons profile in Zendek by matching the number or other information in the account.
4. We handle a hundred+ tickets a week with several being calls. All of those calls could be logged this way without several extra steps.
5. Having these pull in profile information allows us to actually use the integration at a level we would like. Otherwise, there is not a great use for it. This will save us tons of pain on logging calls, assigning it to people, and automatically recording calls with that attached to the ticket.
